Kimberly Davis has been leading ASRC Federal’s Agile journey for several years.  Specifically, she has lead their transition from Waterfall to Agile for the Aegis Weapon System in Moorestown, NJ in conjunction with their partner, Lockheed Martin.  This transition was a Scaled Agile model involving close to 2,000 people, 165 Agile teams and 25 Agile Release Trains.  Across the ASRC Federal Enterprise, she has also supported and guided Agile transformation efforts for the National Resource Conservation Services in Fort Collins, CO and NASA Spectrum contracts in Laurel, MD.  

She has also supported client meetings regarding enterprise Agility with the Missile Defense Agency in Huntsville, AL and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission in Rockville, MD.  Kimberly is building an ASRC Federal Community of Practice for all entities across the enterprise to have immediate access to corporate Agility regarding best practices, resources, information sharing and so forth.  

Kimberly has presented on Scaling Agile and Agile Transformations at three conferences with the intention of sharing ASRC Federal Agile capabilities to promote our successes.  Kimberly is a certified Scaled Agile Program Consultant (SPC) giving her the ability to train and certify others in Scaled Agile practices.

Additionally, she holds the following Agile certifications:  Leading SAFe(SA), SAFe for Teams (SP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Agile Leader (CAL),  and Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).  Kimberly also has a background in software development and project management with a degree in Computer Science and a Master in Business Administration.  She spent 5 years developing software for Aegis Weapon System Display Systems and later took on a functional and project manager position to lead initiatives within the Aegis Weapon System before branching off into Agile transformations.
