They are misunderstood and more of an obstacle than a partner to their customers. Projects are always over budget and delivered late. They have no faith in IT because the at the end of a project, the delivered application does not meet their needs or never works in production.

What if IT and the customer work together and we move from a project focus to a product focus. What if the business has visibility into IT?
