5 Techniques to Raise Your EQ
In May of 2019, a global audience gathered for the first emotional intelligence conference held at the United Nations’ Headquarters. Why is this topic so important to world leaders? Because at the root of all issues are people problems. Technology helps, innovation helps, agility helps, but unless we get people to change, we will never reach our goals as change agents. And emotional intelligence is required to do so.

In this discussion-based workshop, we will explore 5 actions you can take to improve your emotional intelligence and the emotional climate on your team. They may complement what you are already doing well and help you create a tactical plan to improve. You might find that focusing on how your behavior is impacting others can change your relationships - and positively impact your career, and possibly, your world.

Agile Is Easy; People Are Hard
As the Scrum guide so perfectly states, "Scrum is: ...simple to understand; difficult to master."

Reality check: Agile IS simple to understand. We could teach the core Agile concepts and practices to people in a single day…or less! Then what makes it so difficult to master?

The difficulty lies in the human factors, which include team dynamics, psychological safety, and the big one: ego. This workshop focuses on how to recognize and understand our natural human biases and how to rise above them and fundamentally change…this is key to enabling a true Agile transformation. While some may call this topic too "touchy-feely," the reality is that any Agile implementation is doomed to limited success without addressing the human factors.

Disrupt Your Business! Find Your Game Changers
The search is on: for real sustainable growth and success. We need people whose insights, visions and actions really change things. Games Changers are individuals who ensure businesses do more than just survive; they have the unique ability to see around corners in ways that most of us cannot.

So, how do we find them? It's not through personality profiles. It is through organimetrics; a measurement framework and language that identifies individual and collective impact and how people contribute to the achievement of organisational goals. The research has helped establish the DNA of a Game Changer and it is up to the organization to identify them and create the right environment for them to thrive that will be winners in the decades to come.

Transformation Starts with People – Using Vision to Harness the Unstoppable Human Drive to Win
If you had to stand up in front of a session today and explain the last business-centric vision in which you participated, by elaborating the goals, strategies and tactics, could you do it?

Less than 10% of the people I survey are able to answer 'yes'.

What about if I take it one step further and ask you --- Name the last business vision that you understood, that enabled you to really grow yourself and career?

Now we are really in the desert with no water in sight.

The truth is you come into work each day and pour yourself out to make the present and future visions of (customer and market) success a reality, but we too often either fail to fully know, understand or connect with why.

Come experience the necessity of vision and how, when done well, it unlocks human potential.
